We provide strategies and programs to help people deal with a variety of issues including anxiety and depression, addictions, eating disorders, anger as well as divorce and relationship problems.

Donna takes a holistic approach to counselling engaging clients from a person-centred, empowerment approach to counselling. Utilizing various therapeutic techniques such as Strengths-Based, Solution Focused, CBT, ACT, Narrative and Humanist approaches to practice Donna works with adults, children, adolescents, and couples.
Saiddie-Anne holds a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology and her areas of interest are family structures/issues facing families and couples, addiction, and the unique mental health well being specific to various cultural and religious groups.
Saiddie-Anne uses a holistic approach to counselling with the understanding that issues do not occur in isolation but rather can consist of several, biopsychosocial mitigating factors.
Saiddie-Anne strives to meet the client where they are at by incorporating the integration of several different therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ACT, CPT, narrative therapy, client-centered, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
Rachel has her Masters of Education in Counselling from UNB. Rachel provides counselling to children, youth and adults with a variety concerns including, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma, anger, stress, and self-care management. Rachel provides an eclectic view of counselling influenced by a person-centered, strength based, solution focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapy approach.
Don Persaud, a Canadian Certified Counsellor, holds a Masters of Education in Psychological Counselling and has a strong background in the medical field. His area of expertise includes: suicide and crisis intervention, coping and managing stress, anger, addictions (sexual/gambling/substances), anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, depression, domestic violence, body image, chronic illness, weight loss (healthy eating), eating disorders, chronic pain, and PTSD.
David is pursing certification as a Canadian Addiction Counsellor through the CACCF, while holding his associate status. His passion for working with addictions has only deepened while working in both youth and adult residential rehabilitation centers. This training and hands-on experience helped to further develop skills of teaching, crisis intervention, coaching and instilled in him the value of creating a safe and supportive therapeutic alliance with each and every person he has the opportunity to work with. David is able to pull from a variety of skills and models in order to tailor the service to each individual’s need and has received training in; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the Transtheoretical Model, Genesis Process, Motivational Interviewing, as well as general coaching skills.
Judy Muir is a Biblical Counsellor and Life Coach. She has practiced privately for years with the results of seeing marriages and individuals restored to greater wholeness. Judy can help if you are wanting to improve in specific areas of your life but aren't sure how to go about that. She will guide you in a process of exploration and goal setting to move towards who, what and where you want to be.
Diane has been involved in pastoral ministry with her husband for 25 years after having practiced as a Registered Nurse for 10 years. Through her nursing career and in pastoral counselling she has gained much experience in assisting individuals and their families as they journey through various passages of life, including grief and end-of-life trauma. Diane's education also includes courses in Biblical Counselling and Life Coaching through Light University as well as studies in areas of personal development, such as self-care, self-worth and relationships. Her desire is to be a support to individuals in setting and reaching their goals for optimum wellness - physically, spiritually and emotionally.

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Relationship counselling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
