Soul Care is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to serving individuals through Christian counselling, workshops, staff training, and many more avenues.
We desire to partner with other non-profits, churches, and especially those who cannot afford or access professional services.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, become aware of their inner strengths, and reach their personal goals. We provide strategies and programs to help people deal with a variety of issues including anxiety and depression, addictions, eating disorders, anger as well as divorce and relationship problems.
Judy Muir is our acting Executive Director, joined by her husband Alex who serves in different capacities behind the scenes.
She has practiced privately for years as a biblical counsellor with the results of seeing marriages and individuals restored to greater wholeness.
Judy diligently serves Soul Care through opening her home to several women in recovery, allowing them to have a safe place to heal. She consistently is advocating and networking with local churches and organizations.
Judy can help if you are wanting to improve in specific areas of your life but aren't sure how to go about that. She will guide you in a process of exploration and goal setting to move towards who, what and where you want to be.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counselling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Relationship counselling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
